To support this, Bank Frick created Magnet – a dedicated staff space that combines fitness, connection and creativity. Here, our team comes together for training or classes such as kickboxing, yoga, crafting and meditation. These activities strengthen team spirit and help maintain balance.

We promote the training and further education of our employees. We cover up to 100% of the costs of banking-related training courses.
