Your tasks

• Provide underwriting services for new merchants and partners according to Visa and MasterCard rules
• Monitor current clients on an ongoing basis and provide shadow underwriting services
• Carry out our schemes administration (dealing with the online systems of credit card organisations)
• Create and maintain process documentation

Your profile

• Completed vocational education and training (focus on compliance will be considered a plus)
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail, able to work independently and an interest in exploring new topics and areas
• Reliable, open-minded team player
• Very good level of German and English (C1/C2)

Your first six months at the Bank

You will spend your first six months with us getting to grips with the acceptance policy and procedures of Visa and MasterCard, so you are able to fully understand the ins and outs of onboarding a new e-commerce merchant into our portfolio. Depending on your level of experience, you will soon be able to take on your first tasks independently, with the entire team always on hand to offer advice and support.
